neo Business Puts Bank Audi's Business Banking in One App

Bank Audi has recently launched neo Business, the digital banking service built for people who run businesses in Lebanon. It covers everyone from freelancers, to self-employed professionals, shop owners, to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and facilitates their access to advanced digital banking tools.

Bank Audi presents neo Business solution as part of its plan to help entrepreneurs and SMEs grow and run their operations more efficiently. Owners can manage accounts, pay suppliers and employees and collect money from their phones.

A bank account in minutes, in more than one currency

Opening an account takes a few minutes online. There is no branch visit and no paper form to fill out.

Each business starts with two accounts, one in US dollars and one in Lebanese pounds. Owners can add accounts in other currencies, including the euro, British pound, UAE dirham, Saudi riyal and Qatari riyal, and can exchange currencies directly inside the app.

    Salaries, suppliers and payment requests

From the app, business owners can pay their suppliers and run employee salaries. They can also receive money from other neo customers by QR code.

When a client owes them money, owners can send a payment link or a payment request, so dues get collected quickly.

Free cash deposits through ATMs and 3,000 agents

Business owners can also deposit and withdraw cash through a network of Bank Audi’s ATMs and more than 3,000 authorized agents.

neo Pay for shops and online stores

neo Business also includes neo Pay, a payment option for shop owners and e-commerce platforms. Customers pay by QR code, the money arrives instantly, and the merchant pays no additional fees.

Meeting industrialists at the Lebanese Industry Expo 2026

The neo Business team is taking part in the Lebanese Industry Expo 2026, which runs through Saturday.

Marthe Nawar, Head of neo Business, said the bank's presence at the expo “reflects our commitment to engaging directly with industrialists and small and medium business owners, and listening closely to their needs.”

“Through neo Business, we provide companies with a free bank account and debit card, along with digital onboarding services, payment and collection solutions, multi-currency accounts, supply chain financing, and banking transaction services, enabling them to manage their business more efficiently, strengthen their competitiveness, and contribute to supporting economic growth in Lebanon,” she said.

neo Business represents a new milestone in Bank Audi’s digital transformation, with the stated aim of serving companies of every size across Lebanon.
