Our newsletter brings you LeBusiness news, insights, and announcements. You receive it if you subscribe to it, or if you create a LeBusiness account on our website or in our app, whether you sign up with your email address, Google, or Apple. Creating an account adds your email address to the newsletter list.

You can unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your account:

• click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any newsletter, or
• email us at info@leb.business

We may still send non-marketing messages when necessary (e.g., important service notices).

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in limited situations:

• Service providers (processors): hosting, analytics, email delivery, security, form tools (only as needed to perform services for us)
• App analytics: our mobile app uses Amplitude, stored in the EU, to understand which screens and features are used (for example, stories opened, items shared, listings started). It receives your account ID when you are signed in, but not your name, email address, IP address or location, and no advertising identifiers. We do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• Session recordings: for a share of app sessions, Amplitude also records how the screens were used (taps, scrolling, which screens were opened) so we can find what is confusing or broken. Everything typed into a field is hidden in these recordings, and forms (your account details, listing, event, job application and contact forms) are blocked out completely. Recordings are kept by Amplitude in the EU and used only to improve the app.
• Legal and safety: to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security
• Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale (with appropriate safeguards)

We may also share aggregated or de-identified statistics (e.g., total visits, popular categories) that do not identify you.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or embedded content (e.g., videos, social posts). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Your interaction with those services is governed by their policies.

If we run ads or use ad measurement tools, advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure performance and potentially show relevant ads.

This Privacy Policy does not cover how third-party advertisers use their technologies on their own services. You can control cookies through your browser and, where applicable, consent tools.
