Most e-commerce teams already have their numbers. The problem is where those numbers live: one tab for store sales, another for ad spend, a spreadsheet holding whatever does not fit either. SouqMetrics, founded in 2026 and run out of North Lebanon, was built to collapse that pile onto one screen.
Sales, Ads and Customer Behavior in One Live View
SouqMetrics is an e-commerce analytics platform for brands and agencies working across the MENA region. It pulls sales, advertising, customer behavior and performance data into a single live dashboard, so a team running a store and buying traffic against it can see how the two connect without switching tools.
The value is less about new data and more about timing. When the figures update live and sit together, a weekly meeting can start from an agreed picture instead of three people opening three different platforms and comparing notes.
Getting Stripe to Work From Lebanon
One of the company's early milestones has nothing to do with product features. SouqMetrics secured payment processing through Stripe, clearing a barrier that Lebanese founders run into repeatedly when they try to reach global financial infrastructure. For software sold on subscription, the ability to take payment is what separates a business from a demo.
Cleared by Shopify, Meta and Amazon
The platform has also completed Shopify's review and verification process and received approval from Meta. Both approvals matter for a tool of this kind. Shopify is where many merchants keep their store data, and Meta is where much of their advertising runs. Without access to either, an analytics dashboard is working with half the picture.
Amazon has since approved the platform as well, adding the marketplace side of the equation: what a seller lists there, and how those listings perform against everything else the dashboard is tracking.
Salla Is the Last One Pending
That leaves Salla, the Saudi e-commerce platform, in the final stages of approval and marketplace listing. Once it clears, SouqMetrics will have connected every integration the company set out to build.
Jessy Shaanin on Why the Dashboard Exists
Founder and CEO Jessy Shaanin traces the company back to an ordinary frustration, and to finding an answer in a place that does not usually inspire anyone.
"I was searching for a spark. I found it in the most unexpected place... a dashboard. I built SouqMetrics because e-commerce teams should spend their meetings deciding what to do next, not trying to figure out what already happened."
