How Kaaki W Nos Turned Lebanese Street Kaak Into a UAE Restaurant Group

From one Al Ain kitchen in 2018 to five branches across Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai, all built around warm kaak.

In Lebanon, you often smell kaak before you see it. The sesame bread is sold on the street, stacked high on carts and bikes, and eaten warm on the way to somewhere else. For many Lebanese, it is the taste of growing up.

Kaaki W Nos was built to share that feeling in the UAE. The restaurant group serves everyday Lebanese food with freshly baked kaak at the centre, and now runs five branches across Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

One kitchen in Al Ain, 2018

The first Kaaki W Nos opened in Al Ain in 2018 with one clear idea: serve Lebanese food the way people enjoy it back home. That meant honest recipes, fresh ingredients and dishes that go straight from the kitchen to the table.

Its cooks work with the same generosity they learned in family kitchens. The aim is food that brings people together and feels familiar, even on a first visit.

A partner for the next stage

In April 2020, Kaaki W Nos partnered with Mazrui International LLC, a long established, family owned UAE group. That support helped the brand expand while keeping its focus on quality and consistency.

Growth since then has gone beyond dining rooms. Alongside its branches, Kaaki W Nos now runs Lebanese catering services, a food truck, retail products and event dining.

Five branches, from Al Mutarad to Arjan

Two branches are in Al Ain, one in Al Mutarad and one at Sheikh Tahnoon Medical City. Abu Dhabi has two more, in Khalifa City and on the ground floor of Marina Mall. In Dubai, the brand serves diners on Vincitore Boulevard in Arjan.

Every branch is meant to offer the same food and the same experience, whether guests stop for a quick bite or sit down with family and friends.

A menu that follows the Lebanese day

Mornings start with manakish and savoury breakfast spreads. Later in the day come Lebanese grills and home style daily dishes. Kaak stays at the heart of it all, baked fresh and served warm.

Catering for offices and private gatherings

For events, the catering side serves corporate breakfasts, office meetings and private gatherings. The focus is on fresh dishes that present well and taste the same every time. Its 2026 catering menu is published on the brand's website.

    Keeping it simple while growing

Kaaki W Nos has grown from one kitchen into five branches, a food truck and a retail line, yet the priority has not moved: simple, authentic Lebanese food, served warm and shared easily. The street cart has become a restaurant group, but the bread is still the point.
