Bassel Charafeddine grew up in Zrarieh, a town in South Lebanon. Today he works in Dubai real estate, where his career spans close to $1 billion in property sales.
His clients range from individual buyers looking for a home to high-capital investors moving large sums into the market. He also advises some of the biggest names in the Arab world.
Foundations laid in Beirut
Bassel's education took place in Lebanon. He studied at Collège Protestant Français, then went on to the Lebanese American University (LAU) in Beirut.
From Beirut, he took his career to Dubai and built it in one of the region's most closely watched property markets.
Two kinds of clients, one market
His work covers both ends of the market. On one side are individual buyers, often making one of the largest purchases of their lives. On the other are investors putting significant capital into Dubai property.
Serving both groups rests on extensive market experience, and that experience is the base of his advisory work. Over the years, it has earned him the trust of investors and prominent figures across the Arab world.
A Lebanese name in Dubai business
Bassel's standing in Dubai's real estate market is widely recognized, and he is counted among the city's influential business figures. His path from Zrarieh to Dubai is one more example of Lebanese talent making its mark abroad.
